Our Story
It all started back in 2008, we had just got back to St. Marys county. We opened Bollywood Masala in San Souci Plaza, in the same location we had our very first restaurant “Curry of India” in 2003. After operating a restaurant close to the base for several years and providing delicious Indian food, we knew there was a need for a place where guests can come and grab a quick bite that is not fast food.
In 2011, came Lounge at Bollywood. A Martini bar and a Live entertainment venue that served over 100 different Dessert Martinis. It quickly became a spot for people to host Happy Hours and gatherings from Vetting downs to retirement parties.
In 2016, we ended up moving North serving the same delicious Indian Cuisine, but the Martini Bar turned into Taphouse 1637. A craft beer bar with 32 rotating Taps and over 100 Package selections. The move was great, but we missed being close to Naval Air Station Pax Rive and being a staple lunch and Happy hour destination for folks leaving the base.
Wanting to move back closer was always the plan, but no location seemed right until Expedition park came available. For having sworn off any expansion because of Covid, it was hard to pass by a location that would allow us to do what we had missed all these years by moving further North and away from the Base. It was a No Brainer, but this time we wanted to send a very clear message that we are here to serve EVERYONE that is in close proximity to PAX, hence the name CALL SIGNS.
Call Signs will be serving North Indian Lunch Buffet Mon-Fri, 11am-2 pm with a revolving menu so you can come 5 consecutive days and will have different choices each day. Soon after at 3 pm we will begin our Happy Hour serving 16 Beers on Tap, Craft Cocktails and Bourbon selection. Providing Spaces for all kinds of private gatherings, from Wetting Downs, Retirements Parties, Baby Showers and Birthday Parties.
We thank you for the continued support over the years and hope to serve you for years to come
Cheers !
